both…and

In church recently the sermon was about “both…and” thinking, rather than “either…or.” I believe that both…and thinking can be applied to medical care, especially when it’s cancer we are dealing with. If you decide to have chemotherapy, look for alternative or complementary treatments that won’t conflict, like visualization or Reiki. These can add power and a measure of control as you participate in your treatment. If you need to clean up your diet, this is a good time for that, too, but please eat a balanced variety of foods and work to stay as alkaline as you can.
