wishes for ourselves

Again from the mindfulness workshop at the 2010 Celebration of Life, a wish list that can guide meditation or prayer:

May I be filled with loving kindness. May I be safe. May I be well. May I be happy. May I be strong and healthy. May I take care of myself with joy. May I be free of suffering. May I be free of fear. May I find inner peace. May I have strength for my journey.

Finish with gratitude for what is good in your life. Take care,
