2in10: How I Beat Ovarian Cancer (one day at a time) and Continue to Live a Long and Healthy Life

In 1994 at the age of 44, months of wondering why I hadn’t been feeling well ended with a diagnosis of ovarian cancer Stage III. Following surgery and the commencement of chemotherapy, I promised myself I would do everything I could to get well and stay well. What that would be, I had no idea, but I was sure it would fall outside traditional Western medicine.

Information about alternative therapies was pretty scarce in the general media at that time. However, as I embarked on my search I found that healing fell into the general categories of nutrition, exercise, emotional balance, and spiritual support. The quest has lasted sixteen years, and I am eager to share my experiences with you and to learn about yours.

May you be well,

Carolyn
